| Résumé: | في إطار دراستنا الحالية بحثنا عن واقع مهام مشرفي التربية في بالمؤسسات التعليمية في الأطوار الثلاث بولاية تيسمسيلت في ظل بعض المتغيرات، جاءت هذه الدراسة محاولة الإجابة عن التساؤل التالي : ما واقع مهام مشرفي التربية في المراحل التعليمية بالمؤسسات التعليمية بولاية تيسمسيلت؟ تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي بحيث طبقت الدراسة على عينة تتكون من 180 مشرفا ومشرفة تربويين ببلديات ولاية تيسمسيلت تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية ، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام أداة لجمع البيانات الخاصة بمتغيرات الدراسة ، "استبيان واقع مهام مشرفي التربية في المراحل التعليمية" من تصميم الطالبتين يتكون من أربعة أبعاد (بعد المهام الإدارية ، بعد المهام البيداغوجية ، بعد المهام الإرشادية ، بعد المهام التوجيهية ) وذلك بعد التحقق من خصائصه السيكومترية ، ولمعالجة البيانات احصائيا تم استخدام أساليب إحصائية وصفية (التكرارات، النسب المئوية، الانحراف المعياري ، والمتوسط الحسابي) وأساليب إحصائية إستدلالية (اختبار T للعينة الواحدة ، اختبار T لعينتين مستقلتين و اختبار تحليل التباين البسيط ) وذلك بالاعتماد على نظام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS الإصدار (21). بعد إجراء المعالجات الإحصائية اللازمة توصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية : • واقع مهام مشرفي التربية في المراحل بالمؤسسات التعليمية في الأطوار التعليمية الثلاث بولاية تيسمسيلت تمثلت بالترتيب في المرتبة الاولى المهام التوجيهية بنسبة مئوية 91.2%، يليها المهام البيداغوجية بالمرتبة الثانية بنسبة مئوية 88.94 % ،في المرتبة الثالثة المهام الإرشادية بنسبة موزونة %85.2، ثم يليها أخيرا المهام الإدارية بنسبة مئوية 74.07% والتي جاءت بدرجة كبيرة. • لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مهام مشرفي التربية بالمؤسسات التعليمية في الاطوار التعليمية الثلاث بولاية تسمسيلت باختلاف الجنس . • لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مهام مشرفي التربية بالمؤسسات التعليمية في الاطوار التعليمية الثلاث بولاية تسمسيلت باختلاف السن • لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مهام مشرفي التربية بالمؤسسات التعليمية في الاطوار التعليمية الثلاث بولاية تسمسيلت باختلاف المؤهل العلمي. • لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مهام مشرفي التربية بالمؤسسات التعليمية في الاطوار التعليمية الثلاث بولاية تسمسيلت باختلاف التخصص |
| Description: | As part of our current study, we investigated the reality of the duties of educational supervisors in educational institutions across the three educational levels in the Wilaya of Tissemsilt, in light of certain variables. This study came as an attempt to answer the following question: What is the reality of the duties of educational supervisors in the educational institutions of the Wilaya of Tissemsilt across the different educational levels? The descriptive method was adopted, and the study was applied to a sample consisting of 180 male and female educational supervisors from municipalities within the Wilaya of Tissemsilt, selected intentionally. To achieve the objectives of the study, a data collection tool related to the study variables was used — a questionnaire entitled "The Reality of the Duties of Educational Supervisors in the Educational Levels," designed by two students. It consists of four dimensions (administrative duties, pedagogical duties, counseling duties, and guidance duties), after verifying its psychometric properties. For data analysis, descriptive statistical methods were used (frequencies, percentages, standard deviation, and arithmetic mean), along with inferential statistical methods (one-sample T-test, independent samples T-test, and one-way ANOVA), using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 21. After conducting the necessary statistical analyses, the study yielded the following results: • The reality of the duties of educational supervisors in institutions across the three educational levels in the Wilaya of Tissemsilt ranked as follows: guidance duties came first with a percentage of 91.2%, followed by pedagogical duties in second place with 88.94%, then counseling duties in third place with a weighted percentage of 85.2%, and finally administrative duties with a percentage of 74.07%, which was still considered a high level. • There are no statistically significant differences in the duties of educational supervisors across the three educational levels in the Wilaya of Tissemsilt based on gender. • There are no statistically significant differences in the duties of educational supervisors across the three educational levels in the Wilaya of Tissemsilt based on age. • There are no statistically significant differences in the duties of educational supervisors across the three educational levels in the Wilaya of Tissemsilt based on academic qualification. • There are no statistically significant differences in the duties of educational supervisors across the three educational levels in the Wilaya of Tissemsilt based on specialization |
