Abstract:	تعتبر القيود الإتفاقية الواردة على الملكية العقارية من المواضيع الهامة التي تعطي مدلولا إضافيا للملكية العقارية يمكن الإعتماد عليه لما يحققه من مصالح بين الأفراد في إشباع رغباتهم، ولا تعدوا أن تكون هذه القيود شرطا من الشروط التي يدرجها المتعاقدون في عقودهم وتصرفاتهم القانونية من التزامات قانونية زائدة تعدل أثار العقد أو التصرف أو تحديد مضمون التصرف وتقييده على وجه آخر..........
Description:	The contractual restrictions on real property are considered important topics that provide additional meaning to real property ownership, offering benefits to individuals by fulfilling their desires. These restrictions are simply conditions included by the contracting parties in their contracts and legal actions, imposing additional legal obligations that modify the effects of the contract or legal action, or specifying and limiting the content of the action in another way. Through our study, we have demonstrated that legal scholars have allowed contractual restrictions because they do not affect the freedom of real property transactions and serve as a substitute for legal restrictions both in form and substance. All legal systems have responded to this concept through implicit acknowledgments and partial regulations, as long as they do not eliminate this characteristic, do not conflict with the real estate system, and do not pose a threat to the economic public order.
