| Abstract: | موضوع الكفايات - رغم حداثته- يعدّ من المواضيع التي استرعت اهتمام الباحثين، والعلماء في حقول معرفية مختلفة، من تعليمية، ونفسية، واجتماعية، وثقافية وغيرها. نبتغي من خلال هذه الدراسة التي تندرج في صميم البيداغوجيا، وتفاعلاتها مع الممارسة التربوية أن نسلط الضوء على الكفايات التي تساعد معلم، أو أستاذ اللّغة العربية بصفة خاصة في القيام بدوره، لتحقيق نجاح العملية التعليمية التعلمية، وبلوغ الهدف المبتغى منها، من خلال مساعدة تلاميذه على تفاعلهم مع الدرس، ومدى مساهمة، ودور هذه الكفايات في ذلك. وانطلاقا ممّا تقدّم فقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لتعالج إشكالية " كفايات وسمات المعلم" ودوره في دعم منظومة التعليم، وما أهميته الوظيفية في رفع كفاءة المتعلّمين التعليمي؟ |
| Description: | The topic of competencies, despite its novelty, has captured the attention of researchers and scholars in various fields of knowledge, including educational, psychological, social, cultural, and others. Through this study, which falls within the core of pedagogy and its interactions with educational practice, we seek to shed light on the competencies that specifically assist Arabic language teachers in fulfilling their role to achieve success in the educational and learning process and to reach the desired goal by helping students interact with the lesson and examining the contribution and role of these competencies in that regard. Based on the above, this study addresses the problem of "competencies and Arabic language teachers characteristics" and their role in supporting the education system, as well as their functional importance in enhancing students' learning efficiency |
