| dc.description | Combating corruption is necessary to ensure justice and integrity in societies, so there must be effective principles and mechanisms to combat it and achieve positive change. Among these principles we find accountability, integrity, and oversight, as well as the principle of neutrality. As for mechanisms, the Algerian legislator has established several institutions that ensure combating it. Corruption and its suppression. Among these mechanisms, we find the first body that seeks to combat corruption, which is the supreme authority for transparency, preventing and combating corruption. As for the second institution that oversees the fight against corruption in a direct way, there is also the Accounting Council, which is a body that exercises oversight authority over public funds of the first degree.
