| Résumé: | تتحمل الدولة مسؤولية مواجهة أضرار الكوارث الطبيعية وتخفيف تأثيراتها على المجتمع ، تشمل هذه المسؤولية اتخاذ التدابير الوقائية والاستعدادات اللازمة قبل وقوع الكوارث ، بالاضافة الى تقديم الدعم والمساعدة للمتضررين بعد حدوثها ، تتضمن الإجراءات الوقائية وضع سياسات وتشريعات تهدف الى تقليل المخاطر وتحسين البنية التحتية وتعزيز الوعي العام. |
| Description: | The state bears a significant responsibility in addressing the damages caused by natural disasters and mitigating their impact on society. This responsibility includes taking preventive measures and necessary preparations before disasters occur, as well as providing support and assistance to those affected afterward. Preventive actions involve implementing policies and legislation aimed at risk reduction, improving infrastructure, and raising public awareness. After disasters, the state must provide immediate relief, rebuild affected areas, and offer appropriate compensation to the victims. International cooperation and foreign aid are also essential parts of an effective response to natural disasters |
