| Résumé: | تتناول الدراسة موضوع فلسفة الوظيفة العامة في ظل العصر الرقمي وهذا من خلال الكشف عن الإطار المفاهيمي لكل من الوظيفة والموظف العام ، كما تسلط الضوء على الرقمنة التي اصبحت من أولويات الدولة لما لها من تأثير مباشر على أداء المؤسسات العامة وارتباطها الوثيق بعمليات التوظيف التي تشكل شغلا للمواطنين والتحول من الأساليب التقليدية في انجاز الأعمال الى الأساليب الإلكترونية وتحسين جودة الخدمة العمومية من خلال استخدام التكنولوجيا وتقديم خدمات افضل للمواطنين بشكل أكثر كفاءة وفعالية. |
