| dc.description | Algeria has worked on several reforms in the administrative field to adapt to the current requirements in the field of digitization and reduce administrative procedures, through the shift from traditional administration to digital administration, seeking to improve the quality of public service provided to citizens on the one hand, and remove bureaucratic obstacles on the other hand. From this standpoint, the Ministry of the Interior and local communities in Algeria initiated a set of reforms to digitize various municipal interests to strengthen the relationship between the administration and the citizen. In doing so, it adopted a set of methods, including the digitization of civil status and biometric services, as well as public transactions. We will discuss them in detail in this study | en_US |
