| Abstract: | تناولت هذه الدراسة بيان المقصود بالرضا المريض في العمليات التجميلية، توضيح اثر الرضا على مسؤولية جراح التجميل في العمليات التجميلية، و تحديد المسؤولية المدنية للطبيب في العمليات التجميلية كما توصل الباحث الى العديد من النتائج، من أهمها ان أصبحت الجراحة التجميلية اليوم من الضروريات التي تستجيب لحاجات البشر بعد أن كان الاتجاه في بادئ الأمر يرمي لتحريمها باعتبار أنها تنطوي على مساس بسلامة الجسم دون أن تستهدف علاج عضويا بالمريض . ثم أخذت موقعها من العمل الطبي و أصبح لها نظامها و أصولها و تعاليمها وشاعت في جميع البلدان لتشمل جميع أنواع التشوهات الخلقية والمكتسبة فعن طريقها يمكن للجراح إصلاح ما أفسده الدهر من جمال يحاول التشبث بالبقاء ضد إد ارة و حكم الطبيعة |
| Description: | This study dealt with explaining what is meant by patient satisfaction in plastic surgery, clarifying the effect of satisfaction on the responsibility of the plastic surgeon in plastic surgery, and defining the civil liability of the doctor in plastic surgery. The researcher also reached many results, the most important of which is that plastic surgery today has become one of the necessities that responds to the needs of Humans, after the trend initially aimed to prohibit it on the grounds that it involved compromising the integrity of the body without aiming to treat the patient organically. Then it took its place in medical work and became its own system, origins and teachings, and it spread in all countries to include all types of congenital and acquired deformities. Surgeons can repair the beauty that has been damaged by time, trying to cling to survival against the will and rule of nature. |
