| Description: | The subject of this memorandum is limited to the role of digital media in establishing the principle of transparency under the media law, by clarifying the general foundations of digital media in Algerian legislation, in addition to the role of digital media in promoting the principles of sustainable development and achieving transparency, and the emergence of digital media in accompanying public policy and raising awareness of legislation. The study also addresses the role of digital media in combating corruption in both the public and private sectors |
