| Abstract: | تعتبر المعطيات الشخصية كل معلومة تساعد في التعرف على الشخص الطبيعي و انطلاقا من هذا التعريف خطا المشرع الجزائري خطوة هامة في سبيل حماية المعطيات ذات الطابع الشخصي للأفراد بصفة عامة للأطفال بصفة خاصة حيث أقر حماية قانونية خص بها الأطفال باعتبارها فئة حساسة من خلال استحداثه لقانون الطفل سنة 2015 الذي أقر حماية اجرائية و جزائية لحماية الأطفال عند معالجة معطياتهم الشخصية وكذا من خلال اقرار القانون 18/ 07 إلى تحقيق الحماية القصوى للمعطيات ذات الطابع الشخصي للأشخاص الطبيعيين ضد كل اعتداء أو مساس بها من طرف السلطات و المؤسسات. |
| Description: | Personal data is considered any information that helps in identifying a natural person. Based on this definition, the Algerian legislator took an important step towards protecting data of a personal nature for individuals in general and for children in particular, as it approved legal protection for children as a sensitive group through the introduction of the Children’s Law in the year 2015, which established procedural and penal protection to protect children when processing their personal data, as well as by approving Law 18/07 to achieve maximum protection for the data of a personal nature of natural persons against any attack or infringement by authorities and institutions. |
