| Abstract: | لقد ساهمت الابتكارات العلاجية والتطورات العلمية في السنوات الأخيرة في تعزيز اللجوء لعمليات زرع الأعضاء البشرية ، وبعثت الأمل في نفوس الكثير من المرضى، وجعلتهم يتطبعون برغبة شديدة للحصول على الأعضاء البشرية التي يحتاجون اليها بدافع المحافظة على حياتهم، ورغم ان العديد من القوانين تبيح وتجيز التبرع بالأعضاء البشرية الا ان ذلك لايسد الحاجة الى الاعضاء اللازمة لنقلها الى المرضى. |
| Description: | Therapeutic innovations and scientific developments in recent years have contributed to enhancing the use of human organ transplants, and inspired hope in the souls of many patients, and made them have a strong desire to obtain the human organs they need for the sake of preserving their lives, despite the fact that many laws allow and permit donation. With human organs, however, this does not fill the need for the organs needed to be transferred to patients, not because of a physiological or medical incompatibility between the bodies of the recommended donor and the patient, but rather this is mainly due to the reluctance to donate and recommend for social, religious and intellectual reasons in society. From here, the crime of trafficking in human organs emerged. What distinguishes this illegal, clandestine trade is that it is often practiced by organized crime gangs of an international nature. This requires an international agreement to prevent this trafficking in human organs, protect the victims, and punish the perpetrators |
