| Abstract: | لقد فرض تطور العلاقات في المجتمع الدولي الى حتمية الاهتمام بالوظيفة الدبلوماسية باعتبا رها المحرك لهذه العلاقات وكذا المسؤول الأول عن تنفيذ سياسة الدولة على المستوى الخارجي، وهو ما حصل فعلا اذ نجد ان القاون الدولي قد نظم الوظيفة الدبلوماسية من خلال اتفاقيى فيينا لعام 1961، كما نظمها القانون الجزائري من خلال دستور الدولة بالإضافة الى نصوص خاصة أخرى، فحدد من خلال هذه النصوص النظام القنوني للموظف الدبلوماسي والهيئات التي عهد لها بالوظيفة الدبلوماسية وكذا تنظيمها الإداري وصلاحياتها في هذا المجال |
| Description: | The development of relations in the international community has made it imperative to pay attention to the diplomatic function as the engine of these relations, as well as the primary responsible for the implementation of the state's policy at the external level. This is indeed the case, as we find that international law has regulated the diplomatic function through the Vienna Conventions of 1961, as well as Algerian law through the State Constitution and other special texts, defining through these texts the legal regime of the diplomatic employee and the bodies entrusted with the diplomatic function as well as their administrative organisation and powers in this field |
