| Abstract: | تناول الملخص دراسة تأثير هذه الوسائل على عنصر الردع مثل كيفية زيادة اجراءات الرصد والتحقيق والمراقبة على الجريمة، وتقليل معدلات الجريمة بشكل عام عن طريق تعزيز الردع الجنائي، كما يتناول الملخص ايضا التحدياتوالمخاطر المحتملة لاستخدام هذه الوسائل مثل قضايا الخصوصية والتمييز، وضرورة ضمان العدالة والشفافية في استخدام التكنولوجيا في القطاع العدلي. |
