| Abstract: | أفرد القانون الجزائري في إطار تنظيمه للنظام المالي الإسلامي قواعد خاصة بممارسة عمليات الصيرفة الإسلامية منصوص عليها في نظام بنك الجزائر رقم 20-02 المؤرخ في 15 مارس 2020 والذي يحدد العمليات البنكية المتعلقة بالصيرفة الإسلامية وشروط ممارستها من طرف البنوك والمؤسسات المالية، ويشكل هذا الأخير تنظيما قانونيا أساسيا للعمليات البنكية الإسلامية، ويدور كلية حول منتجات لا يترتب عنيا تحصيل أو تسديد فوائد (الربا)، مراعاة لأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية، وللوقوف على النظام القانوني للصيرفة الإسلامية في الجزائر تأتي هذه الدراسة لبيان مفهومها وخصائصها الفريدة والمميزة، وشروط ممارستها من خلال تنظيمها القانوني، ولرصد أى عمليات الصيرفة الإسلامية، لاسيما: المرابحة، المشاركة، المضاربة، الإجارة، الإستصناع، السلم، حسابات الودائع والودائع في حسابات الاستثمار |

These rules are stipulated by Decree No. 20-02 issued by the Bank of Algeria on March 15, 2020, which stipulates the banking business related to Islamic banking and the exercise conditions of banks and financial institutions, which constitute the basic legal organization of Islamic banking business.
