| Abstract: | تطرقنا في بحثنا هذا إلى أخطر الجرائم الواقعة على الاطفال القصر، حيث تجسدت خطورتها في التعدي على أضعف شريحة في المجتمع ، وهي الطفل القاصر سواء منها الماسة بالحياة الطفل وسلامته الجسدية، أو الماسة بالعرض وأخلاقه هذا مدفع المشرع الجزائري و القانون الدولي على وضع قوانين لحماية جميع حقوقه مادية كانت أو معنوية ، في شكل اتفاقيات ومواثيق من شأنها ردع أي شخص يتعدى على قاصر، لاكن لاحظنا في دراستنا أن المشرع الجزائري وفق العديد من الحالات في توفير الحماية اللازمة و فرض العقوبات الرادعة، بالإضافة إلى إهماله للعديد من جوانب الإجرائية التي يجب أن تتضمنها النصوص الخاصة بحماية الطفل القاصر بهدف إرساء حماية و وقاية أكثر فعالية |
| Description: | In our research we touched upon the most serious crimes against minor children، Where its gravity was manifested in encroaching on the weakest segment of society، She is the minor child ، whether it is infringing upon life and physical integrity. This is the motive of the Algerian legislature and international law to draw up laws to protect all his material or moral rights. In the form of agreements and charters that will deter anyone who infringes a minor، But we noted in our study that Algerian legislators according to many cases provide the necessary protection and impose deterrent penalties. In addition to neglecting many aspects of the procedure that must be included in the provisions on the protection of a minor child with a view to establishing more effective protection and prevention |
