| Description: | Criminal liability has bee n and continues to be the s ubject of many intellectual trends and major schools in the jurisprudence and philosophy of criminal law. With the emergence of modern trends of liability, including the subject of our study _ Criminal liability for the act of others, opinions have varied and dis agreement has increased over the knowledge of the legal basis on which this liability is based. If criminal liability is known only to the natur al person for a long period of time, a doctrinal controversy has arisen between a supporter and an oppone nt of establishing the criminal liability of the moral person. The laws have varied to recognize the possibility of such liability and others denying and e xcluding the possibility of criminal accountability of the moral person. This stipulates conditions if the person's criminal responsibility is met and the State has the right to punish him under the penalties prescribed by Algerian legislation |
