Résumé:	من أجل مكافحة التلوث ذو المصدر الصناعي ، كرس المشرع الجزائري ضمن القانون 03-10 المتعلق بحماية البيئة في اطار التنمية المستدامة مجموعة من المبادئ العامة من اهمها مبدأ الحيطة ، الوقاية ومبدأ الملوث الدافع ، والتي ترمي كلها لإرساء نموذج جديد للتنمية الإقتصادية والاجتماعية هو التنمية المستدامة.
Description:	In order to combat industrial-source pollution, the Algerian legislator enshrined, within Law 03-10 relating to environmental protection within the framework of sustainable development, a set of general principles, the most important of which are the principle of precaution, prevention and the pollutant motive principle, all of which aim to establish a new model for economic and social development, which is sustainable development. On the other hand, the legislator made the regulation applied to classified establishments an excellent tool for combating industrial pollution, as he classified establishments into establishments subject to a license and others subject to a mere permit, in view of the disadvantages resulting from their exploitation and their negative impact on the natural and human environment. Since this legislation relating to classified establishments alone is not sufficient to combat industrial pollution, the legislator was keen to create financial and other corrective and remedial means to combat industrial pollution
