| Abstract: | تعتبر التجارب الطبية أكبر الأعمال الطبية خطورة على الإنسان، لذا كانت محور اهتمام القانون الدولي والداخلي، فالقانون الدولي لم يمنع إجراءها على الإنسان، وإنما إعترف بتنظيمها ووضع ضوابط لإجرائها، ذلك لأن الطب علم تجريب بطبيعته، وبدون تجارب لن يتطور، أما المشرع الجزائري فإنه ساير النصوص الدولية في إباحة التجارب الطبية العلاجية والعلمية على الإنسان، حيث نظمها القانون 18 - 11 المتعلق بالصحة |
