| Description: | The subject of the ICC's Permanent Tribunal's Effectiveness has asked the cornerstones of scholars of international law and their registries have taken place in various areas, including by shedding light on its role in establishing criminal responsibility for war criminals in the frame work of international justice. The birth of the Permanent International Criminal Tribunal has been a historic victory in order to break down many barriers that have prevented the punishment of former war criminals, such as international immunities and statutory limitations. The adoption of the Rome Statute in 1998 was the beginning of a phase of prosecution and combating war criminals who committed free crimes of genocide, crimes of aggression, despite legal and political obstacles and obstacles, the Permanent International Criminal Court continues to win over the vulnerable. It has therefore been serious to restore regimes in many aspects of the Rome Statute by introducing reforms that include extending the age of follow-up to the age of 18 years and allowing referrals of cases, such as international accessions and other subjects of international law, and the adoption of the death penalty and halting the involvement of powerful States |
