| Abstract: | لقد تناولت هذه الدراسة مفهوم جرائم المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية ، جاء في الفصل الأول توضيح بمقصود جرائم المخدرات والمؤثرات حيث تم تحديد انواع وتصنيفات هذه الجريمة وفق مانص عليها القانون ، يليها الفصل الثاني والأساسي في هذه الدراسة التي تبين كيف كان تعامل القضاء مع هذه الجريمة وذلك باقرار تدابير منها وقائية واخرى علاجية تطبق على مجرمي المخدرات في حالة الإدمان ولردع هذه الجريمة استحدث المشرع الجزائري نصوص قانونية لمعاقبة مرتكبي هذه الجرائم. |
| Description: | This study dealt with the concept of crimes of drugs and psychotropic substances. The first chapter provided an explanation of what is meant by crimes of drugs and psychotropic substances, where the types and classifications of this crime were determined in accordance with what was stipulated in the law Followed by the second and main chapter of this study, which shows how the judiciary dealt with this crime by approving measures, including preventive and therapeutic measures, to be applied to drug criminals in cases of addiction and to deter this crime The Algerian legislator introduced legal texts to punish the perpetrators of these crimes |
