dc.description	Control over the discretion of criminal court judges is an imperative to ensure justice and prevent arbitrariness of sentences. is an integral part of the justice system. Judges must operate within the legal framework while maintaining a degree of autonomy that enables them to assess the particular circumstances of each case. Adherence to legal standards and judicial supervision ensures that judges' decisions are objective and reasonable and are not the result of bias or arbitrariness. Striking a balance between the independence of the judge and the oversight of his provisions directs the judicial system towards transparency and accountability, thereby enhancing people's confidence in justice. This balance can lead to the development of a sober judicial system that makes justice not just a principle, but a tangible reality in people's lives	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تعد الرقابة على السلطة التقديرية لقضاة محكمة الجنايات ضرورة حتمية لضمان العدالة ومنع التعسف في الأحكام. تشكل جزءاً لا يتجزأ من نظام العدل. القضاة يجب أن يعملوا ضمن الإطار القانوني مع الإبقاء على قدر من الاستقلالية يمكّنهم من تقدير الظروف الخاصة بكل قضية. الالتزام بالمعايير القانونية والإشراف القضائي يضمن أن تكون القرارات التي يُتخذها القضاة موضوعية ومعقولة، وليست نتيجة للتحيز أو التعسف . تحقيق التوازن بين استقلال القاضي والرقابة على أحكامه يوجه النظام القضائي نحو الشفافية و المحاسبة، مما يعزز من ثقة الناس في العدالة. هذا التوازن يُمكن أن يؤدي إلى تنمية نظام قضائي رصين يجعل من العدالة ليست مجرد مبدأ، بل واقع ملموس في حياة الناس .	en_US
