dc.description	It becomes clear to us through our study that legislation is considered the basis for the birth of law and that the legislative process in Algeria is an inherent jurisdiction of Parliament, but this appears apparent as the executive authority has a prominent role in interfering in the legislative process, especially the President of the Republic. Through the 2020 constitutional amendment, the constitutional founder sought to restore the constitutional status of Parliament by expanding Parliament’s powers in the legislative process, while strengthening its independence with new mechanisms and limiting the interference of the executive authority in the legislative process.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	يتبين لنا من خلال دراستنا أن التشريع يعتبر أساس ميلاد القانون وأن العملية التشريعية في الجزائر هي اختصاص أصيل للبرلمان، ولكن ذلك يبدو ظاهريا حيث أن للسلطة التنفيذية دور بارز في التدخل في العملية التشريعية وخاصة رئيس الجمهورية. ولقد سعى المؤسس الدستوري من خلال التعديل الدستوري 2020 إعادة المكانة الدستورية للبرلمان وذلك من خلال توسيع صلاحيات البرلمان في العملية التشريعية، مع تدعيم استقلاليته بآليات مستجدة والحد من تدخل السلطة التنفيذية في العملية التشريعية .	en_US
