| Abstract: | تعد قضية تغير المناخ من القضايا الأكثراهمية لما قد يسببه تغير المناخ من تأثيرات وتداعيات مستقبلية خطيرة بسبب الغازات الدفيئة ثاني أكسيد الكربون ، اكسيد النتروز ، الميثان، التي تظهر طبيعيا ونتيجة لنشاطات بشرية (الانتاج، الاستهلاك) وتساهم في ظاهرة الدفيئة (الاحتباس الحراري ) والعديد من البلدان تساهم في توفير الحماية القانونية اللازمة للكائنات الحية. |
| Description: | The climate change issue is the most important issue due to the serious future impact and climate implications, greenhouse gases refer to carbon dioxide, nitrous and oxide methan; occurring human (production and consumption) activities and contributing to the greenhouse effect (global warming ( Many countries contribute to providing the necessary legal protection for living organism. The climate change agreement of 1992 in an important stage of the international action to confront climate change, as it has established legal rules and principles, and has defined international responsibility for this change and finally concluded that developed countries share this responsibility but this responsibility of developed countries is greater because their industrial activity growing to that end, we believe that environmental security must be a permanent agenda item of the United Nations bodies, including the security council. |
