| Résumé: | إن سلامة الإنسان واستمراريته مرتبط بمدى سلامة المحيط الطبيعي ودوامه، وان من الثابت أن الصيد يساهم في تنمية البلدان، وبذلك فهو يحظى باهتمام على المستوى الاجتماعي والثقافي والرياضي وكذا الاقتصادي . إن الصيد فعل اجتماعي مهم ويكتسي طابعا رياضيا وترفيهيا إلا أنه وبالشكل الذي يمارس به، فإنه يمس بالتوازن الصيدي . إن الصيد الذي يعتبر اقتطاع اصطناعي للموارد الطبيعية قد يؤدي إلى المساس بالتوازن الايكولوجي عندما يتم بشكل عشوائي . وهذا فعلا ما يحدث في الجزائر وفي غيرها من البلدان حيث أدت الممارسات اللامسوؤلية إلى القضاء على الكثير من الأصناف الصيدية والحفاظ على التنوع الحيواني أصدر المشرع الجزائري في 2004 قانونا متعلقا بالصيد ونشاطه يهدف من خلاله تأطير عملية الصيد قصد حماية هذه الثروة الوطنية الحيوانية |
| Description: | Human safety and continuity are linked to the safety and sustainability of the natural environment, and it is well established that hunting contributes to the development of countries, and thus it receives attention at the social, cultural, sporting, and economic levels. Hunting is an important social act and has a sporting and recreational nature. However, in the way it is practiced, it affects the hunting balance. Hunting, which is considered an artificial deprivation of natural resources, may lead to harming the ecological balance when it is done randomly. This is actually what is happening in Algeria and other countries, where irresponsible practices have led to the elimination of many hunting species and the preservation of animal diversity. In 2004, the Algerian legislator issued a law related to hunting and its activity, through which it aims to regulate the hunting process in order to protect this national animal wealth. |
