Abstract:	تهدف الد ا رسة لبحث أثر تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي على مجالات القانون الاداري بعد تحولها من الإدارة التقليدية إلى الإدارة الذكية، حيث أحدثت هذه التكنولوجيات تغيرا جذريا في طرق وكيفية تسيير الإدارة العامة، حيث أصبحت أكثر فاعلية ودقة وجودة في تقديم الخدمات العامة، حيث تم تطرق في هذة الدراسة الى هذه التكنولوجيات وأخلاقياتها وتم تركيز الدراسة على كافة مجالات القانون الإداري في ظل هذا التحول الذكي، وعن الأثر الذي أحدثه هذا الدمج بين كل من القانون الاداري وتكنولوجيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، من خلال عرض نماذج لتطبيقات الثورة الصناعية الخامسة لمختلف نشاطات الإدارة العامة ووسائلها
Description:	The study aims to examine the impact of artificial intelligence applications on the fields of administrative law after its transformation from traditional administration to smart administration, as these technologies have brought about a radical change in the ways and manner of conducting public administration, as it has become more effective, accurate and quality in providing public services, as was discussed in this study. To these technologies and their ethics, the study focused on all areas of administrative law in light of this smart transformation, and on the impact caused by this integration between both administrative law and artificial intelligence technologies, by presenting models of applications of the Fifth Industrial Revolution to various public administration activities and means
