dc.descriptionDigitalization is one of the most prominent modern concepts that emerged in the twenty-first century, relying significantly on advanced communication technologies. This trend has compelled all institutions, including universities, to adopt this process. This is achieved by applying the principles of digitalization across various departments, contributing to the improvement of operational efficiency and the development of the quality of services provided. This study aims to evaluate the extent to which digitalization contributes to enhancing the quality of university services. To achieve this goal, we adopted the descriptive-analytical method, addressing in the theoretical part several concepts related to service quality and digitalization, along with its applications in the university. To verify the hypotheses and answer the study's questions, an electronic questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample of 111 individuals. After retrieving and analyzing the data using SPSS version 26, we reached several conclusions, the most significant of which is that digitalization has a moderate impact on achieving the quality of university services. Finally, we presented several points as suggestions, most notably the continuous training of teachers and students and raising their awareness of the importance of using various modern technological outputs and their impact on enhancing the educational process in the university. Additionally, it is essential to improve the digital infrastructure in the university as it is the foundation of digital transformation.en_US
