dc.description	The study aims to shed light on e-commerce in Algeria, which is considered the most important contemporary technological applications and one of the modern global changes that have imposed themselves strongly in the last twenties. The concept and characteristics of the importance of e-commerce in light of the digital economy will be clarified, while trying to present the reality of e-commerce in Algeria, which It became clear through this study that it is very weak compared to developed countries in the field of information technology. This study concludes by explaining the most important challenges that Algeria faces in the field of e-commerce, while clarifying its prospects during the coming years.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هتفت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على التجارة الإلكترونية في الجزائر ، والتي تعتبر أهم التطبيقات التكنولوجية المعاصرة ومن المتغيرات العالمية الحديثة التي فرضت نفسها بقوة في العشرينات الأخيرة ، وسيتم توضيح مفهوم وخصائص ، أهمية التجارة الإلكترونية في ظل الإقتصاد الرقمي مع محاولة عرض واقع التجارة الإلكترونية في الجزائر والذي إتضح من خلال هذه الدراسة أنه ضعيف جدا مقارنة مع الدول المتقدمة في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات ، لتختم هذه الدراسة بتبيان أهم التحديات التي تواجهها الجزائر في مجال التجارة الإلكترونية مع توضيح آفاقها خلال السنوات القادمة	en_US
