dc.description	The aim of the research is to identify the added value of the cost-leading strategy and to load it using modern methods in one of the foundation ' s core functions, namely, to make timely and appropriate decisions. The course of the study was a theoretical first step, including cost-accounting and charge-counting, as well as modern cost-loading techniques. From this point of view, an application in the national economic institution for the transformation of long-term products - ETPL _, by calculating costs in modern ways, a cost-sharing system based on activities - ABC has been set aside as less and better charged than traditional methods of calculation, affecting meaningful decision-making, helping to analyse distortions and ensure the highest profit	en_US
dc.description.abstract	يهدف البحث إلى معرفة القيمة المضافة التي تلعبها إستراتيجية قيادة التكلفة وتحميلها بإستخدام الطرق الحديثة في أحد الوظائف الأساسية للمؤسسة ألا وهي اتخاذ القرارات المناسبة في الوقت المناسب وكان مسار الدراسة بخطوة أولى نظرية تشمل محاسبة التكاليف والأعباء وتبويباتها بالإضافة إلى التقنيات الحديثة لتحميل التكاليف ومن هذا المنطمة إلى خطوة تطبيقية في المؤسسّة الوطنية الاقتصادية لتحويل المنتوجات الطويلة _ ETPL _ ، بحساب التكاليف بطرق الحديثة خصص لذلك طريقة نظام تكلفة على أساس الأنشطة - ABC حيث أن تحميلها لتكاليف كان أقل واحسن من طرق الحساب التقليدية، مما يؤثر على اتخاذ الق القرارات الهادفة مما يساعد في تحليل الانحرافات وضمان أعلى ربح.	en_US
