Abstract: This study aims to know the reality of administrative empowerment and investigate its impact on organizational silence within the teaching staff of Ibn Khaldoun University of Tiaret. The study relied on a questionnaire designed for all of the university’s teaching staff, where various statements related to both variables were presented to them. After analyzing the collected data using the SPSS program, the study reached several results, including the existence of administrative empowerment within the university’s teaching staff across only 4 dimensions ( job autonomy, team work, training and development and effective communication) and its statistically significant impact on organizational silence, which was revealed through communication only.
