dc.description	This study aims to test the causal relationship between the budget deficits and the trade balance in Algeria during the period (2000-2020), within the twin deficit and Ricarian equivalence theories. To test this relationship, we looked to the outputs of the Eviews 9 statistical program, based on the Granger methodology in the short run and the Granger test. Developed by Toda and Yammamoto in the long run, we found that there is no relationship in the short run while in the long run it indicates a causal relationship between the two variables	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تستهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار العلاقة السببية بين عجزي الموازنة والميزان التجاري في الجزائر خلال الفترة ( 2000 2020 )، ضمن نظريتي عجز التوأم والتكافؤ الريكاري، ولاختبار هذه العلاقة ارتأينا إلى مخرجات البرنامج الإحصائي Eviews 9 ، اعتمادا على منهجية جرانجر في المدى القصير واختبار جرانجر المطورة ل Toda and Yammamoto في المدى الطويل، إذ توصلنا إلى عدم وجود علاقة في المدى القصير بينما في المدى الطويل تشير إلى وجود علاقة سببية بين المتغيرين.	en_US
