dc.description	The use of electronic platforms in the banking sector plays a pivotal role in improving operational risk management. These platforms contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and reducing human errors through automation and digitization. This descriptive analytical study aims to explore the impact of using electronic platforms on improving operational risks in banks, focusing on the case of the Caisse Nationale d'Epargne et de Prévoyance (CNEP) in Algeria, Tiaret Agency 504. The study includes an analysis of the bank's financial data and periodic reports to understand the impact of electronic platforms on banking operations, efficiency improvement, and risk reduction. The results indicate that the adoption of electronic platforms helps improve the operational performance of banks and significantly reduces operational risks, positively reflecting on the stability of the financial system.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	إن استخدام المنصات الإلكترونية في القطاع المصرفي يلعب دورا محوريًا في تحسين إدارة المخاطر التشغيلية. تساهم هذه المنصات في تعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية وتقليل الأخطاء البشرية من خلال الأتمتة والرقمنة. تهدف هذه الدراسة التحليلية الوصفية إلى استكشاف أثر استخدام المنصات الإلكترونية على تحسين المخاطر التشغيلية في البنوك، مع التركيز على حالة بنك التوفير والاحتياط (CNEP) في الجزائر وكالة تيارت 504 . حيث شملت الدراسة على تحليل البيانات المالية والتقارير الدورية للبنك لفهم تأثير المنصات الإلكترونية على العمليات البنكية وتحسين الكفاءة وتقليل المخاطر. النتائج تشير إلى أن تبني المنصات الإلكترونية يساعد في تحسين الأداء التشغيلي للبنوك ويقلل من المخاطر التشغيلية بشكل كبير، مما ينعكس إيجابًا على استقرار النظام المالي .	en_US
