Abstract: هدفت الدراسة الى الكشف عن واقع و دور التنشئة التنظيمية في تشكيل الهوية المهنية لدى العاملين:دراسة ميدانية بكلية العلوم ـ الانسانية والاجتماعية -تيارت وتبين لنا من خلال الدراسة ان البيئة التنظيمية والثقافة السائدة داخل المؤسسة الجامعية لها تأثير كبيرعلى تشكيل الهوية المدنية، التفاعل والتواصل بين الافراد داخل المؤسسة الجامعية يلعب دورا حيويا في بروز عملية التنشئة التنظيمية مدى التطابق بين قيـم الفرد وثقافة المنظمة الجامعية يؤثر على درجة ارتباطه و بهويته المدنية
Description: The study aimed to uncover the reality and impact of organizational socialization and professional identity formation, as well as the relationship between them in a university setting. This was done by examining the methods and effects used to create a professional identity. To achieve the objectives of this study, a descriptive methodology was employed to test the validity of the hypotheses. This was done using a questionnaire directed at a sample of professors from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Tiaret. The final version of the questionnaire consisted of 33 questions directed at 58 professors who were part of the field study. The study began with a primary question: What is the important role that organizational socialization plays in shaping the professional identity of employees (professors at the university)? This question was broken down into two sub-hypotheses: 1. The dimension of learning contributes to increasing belonging within the university. 2. The dimension of professional integration contributes to the development of teamwork within the university. The study concluded with the following key findings: ? The organizational environment and prevailing culture within the university have a significant impact on shaping professional identity. ? Interaction and communication between individuals within the university play a vital role in the emergence of the organizational socialization process. ? The degree of alignment between an individual's values and the university's culture affects the extent of their attachment to their professional identity
