Description: This topic -- organizational leadership and its impact on organizational creativity -- has been addressed by many researchers, but their studies have addressed specific aspects of the topic. And that's what prompted us to rethink this topic and address the shortcomings that have never been addressed before. Leadership patterns play a major role in developing or reducing workers' creative abilities, which depend on being able to adopt methods that allow them to create a creative atmosphere at work. And that's what we're going to try to address by knowing the impact of organizational leadership on enterprise creativity and trying to introduce organizational leadership and organizational creativity and other concepts related to the subject matter of the study, And this is through three theoretical chapters, we first touched on the theoretical framework of the study, Followed by two chapters devoted to study variables - organizational leadership and organizational creativity at a time - as two chapters for the field side of the study Chapter I contains the methodological procedures for the study. Chapter II presents, analyses and evaluates the data and results of the study. The sample consisted of 32 control and tyre agents, SONLGAS-TYART, the sample was deliberately selected for specific information. To achieve the study's objectives, the form was used as a key tool, and then the SPSS program was initiated to calculate and analyze the samples. The results of the study concluded after the analysis that the Director of Sonelgas Foundation is interested in opening channels of communication with employees, encourages the Foundation to open dialogue and discussion among employees about work, and we note that the official of the Foundation gives freedom and confidence to complete work. The Foundation also seeks to develop the workflow, exchange opinions and ideas between the Company's official and employees. SONLGAS adopts organizational leadership to serve it. The Foundation provides multiple means of communication between employees and encourages the Foundation to present ideas and opinions of employees and discuss decision-making.
