| Description: | The study was conducted on the issue of informal work and the problem of capital growth in the state of Tiaret. The study focused on the following problem: Is informal work an alternative to employment or a path to wealth? In order to further control this problem and control its research dimensions, we posed the following two sub-questions: What is the nature of the relationship between informal labor and capital? How does the social structure of sidewalk vendors exploit revenue in the absence of taxes? This study attempts to achieve several objectives, including: -Researching the problem of capital growth. -Reaching the definition of informal work as the only solution to unemployment. -Clarifying the importance of informal work as a factor that helps individuals develop their capital. - Verifying the validity of the formulated hypotheses. -Researching the topic by answering the questions posed theoretically and in principle. -Recognizing the extent of the impact of informal work on development. -Building a conceptual and theoretical framework for the research problem related to non-labor and capital growth. The field study lasted about seven months, from October 2023 until April 2024, and a qualitative approach was used. The research sample amounted to 21 individuals and was selected in an intentional, non-random manner. To achieve the research objectives, we prepared a semi-guided interview consisting of three topics with 32 questions. Observation was also used as tools to collect information and data from the field.
