Description: | The study, entitled: Organizational Conflict and its Impact on Job Performance, aims to attempt to uncover the reality of the phenomenon of organizational conflict in the Institution of Promotion and Real Estate Management of the state of Tiaret, which is considered one of the most important topics that has received great attention from researchers and specialists in the social sciences, especially the sociology of organization and work. We divided our study into theoretical and field aspects. Theoretical aspect: We tried through it to clarify the conceptual framework that included the problem and hypotheses, the reasons for choosing the topic, the objectives and importance of the study, the concepts of the study and previous studies. We explained the methodological framework that included the fields of study and the method used, so that we relied on the descriptive approach by choosing the stratified probability sample of the study population, which consists of 38 individuals. We also relied on the questionnaire technique as a basic tool in collecting data. We addressed the study variables “organizational conflict” and “job performance” and the theories explaining each of them. The field aspect: We presented, analyzed and discussed the study’s hypotheses, and we used the statistical package program in the social sciences, and the phi correlation coefficient was used in order to reveal the effect between the dimensions of the study, and finally the results reached and some recommendations. .Keywords: organization, organizational conflict, job performance |
