dc.description | The study dealt with the topic of e-governance and its role in events change organizational of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Tiart. The study focused on the following form: How does e-governance contribute to organizational change in order to control the problem more and control its research dimensions. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive curriculum was relied upon and a random sample was applied. The sample of the study was single on the tyre soulic categories - control agents - executing agents) It also relied on a range of tools, including the form, which was distributed to the investigators. Its focus was on the first axis: the contribution of the technological dimension to functional changes. The second axis also addressed the contribution of the human dimension to behavioural changes. As for the third axis, the contribution of the organizational dimension to the events is a change in the level of organizational structure added the use of the tool of observation, interview and selection The sincerity of hypotheses verified by us. The Faculty of Social Humanities seeks to provide technological devices and means for doing business. Technology helped change workers' behaviors, leading to new ways of working.
