Abstract: | تمثلــــــــت الدراســ ـــــةالتي قمنــــــــا بهافي إبــــــــرازاثر استخدام وسائل تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على الاداء الوظيفي للعامل داخل المؤسسة خلصت دراستنا الى ان اســــــــــــتخدام وســــــــــــائل تكنولوجيــــــــــــا المعلومــــــــــــات والاتصــــــــــــال لــــــــــــه أثــــــــــــر كبير في الرفـــــ ـــــع مــــــــــن مستوىالاداء الوظيفي مع إعطاء اهمية لعنصر التكوين على هذه الوسائل. |
Description: | The study we conducted aimed to highlight the impact of using information and communication technology on the performance of employees in the municipality of Hamadia in the state of Tiaret. The human resource plays a significant role in executing tasks within an environment that requires keeping up with technological advancements, especially in the use of advanced technological and informational equipment in our current era, characterized by the internet, computers, and their peripherals like phones and fax machines, these tools have become essential for institutions and indispensable for achieving optimal performance levels. Our study, based on a descriptive approach and statistical analysis, concluded that the use of information and communication technology has a significant impact on improving job performance, with an emphasis on training in these tools to enhance the institution towards better outcomes. |
