| Abstract: | تناولنا في دراستنا لموضوع المذكرة المعنونة بأوضاع الجزائر العامة في عهد الحاكم العام ألبرت غريفي (1879-1881م)، التعرف على الحاكم المدني ألبرت غريفي و هو أحد الحكام العامون المدنييون الفرنسييون في الجزائر، عين في الفترة الممتدة بين(1879-1881م) خلفا للحاكم ألفريد شانزي الذي حكم لمدة 07 سنوات، حيث إعتمد ألبرت غريفي سياسة خاصة من خلال فرضه لمجموعة من العناوين والإجراءات في فترة حكمه، والتي مست ميادين تمثلت في المجال الاجتماعي والاقتصادي والثقافي أدخلت عليها سياسات مختلفة المتمثلة في مصارة الأراضي والتنصير والتهجير والفرنسة ...إلخ. وقد ترتب عن سياسته نتائج متمثلة في ردود فعل الشعب الجزائري والمقاومة والكفاح من أجل إفشالها |
| Description: | In our study of the topic of the memorandum entitled "Algeria's general situation" under Governor-General Albert Griffey (1879-1881), Civil Governor Albert Griffey, one of the French civil public rulers in Algeria, was appointed between (1879-1881) succeeded Governor Alfred Shanzi, who ruled for 07 years. Albert Griffey adopted a special policy by imposing a series of titles and actions during his reign, which touched on fields of social, economic and cultural affairs in which various policies were introduced, namely, the destiny of lands, preaching, displacement, the French... etc. Its policy has had results in the Algerian people's reactions, resistance and struggle to fail them |
