| Abstract: | يعتبر الأرشيف من أهم الوسائل المساعدة على حفظ واتاحة المعلومات للمستفيد، بحيث تعتبر عملية حفظ واتاحة الأرشيف في بيئة رقمية وتقنيات متطورة وجديدة ، من اهم ماتسعى له كل المؤسسات الإدارية ومراكز الأرشيف يصفة خاصة وذلك لما تحويه من وثائق واكتظاظ كبير للملفات هو مايحتم على المؤسسات اعتماد الرقمنة التي تعد احدى التقنيات التكنولوجية. |
| Description: | The archive is considered one of the most important means of helping to preserve and make information available to the beneficiary, so that the process of preserving and making the archive available in a digital environment and advanced and new technologies is one of the most important things that all administrative institutions and archive centers in particular seek, due to the documents they contain and the large crowding of files, which requires institutions to adopt digitization, which is one of the technological techniques. Through this study, I wanted to highlight the role of the archive in the digital environment and how to preserve and make it available in advanced and new ways. This digital study was applied to the Tairet State Archive Center, which is looking to apply digitization in order to facilitate its work and remove injustice and in order to facilitate the preservation and availability of their archival content, but unfortunately, despite their efforts, they suffer all the suffering in its meaning in terms of modern technologies. There is no meaning to the word technology in the Tairet State Archive Center, meaning that it is still a 100% traditional archive. This led to the development of some proposals to develop the state archive and make it keep pace with modern technology. |
