Abstract:	يشهد عالمنا اليوم ثورة رقمية هائلة اثرت على مختلف القطاعات والمجالات بما في ذلك قطاع المكتبات والمعلومات، حيث لم تعد المكتبات مجرد مساحات لتخزين الكتب الورقية، بل اضحت مراكز ثقافية نابضة بالحياة ، تقدم خدمات عديدة تحاول من خلالها ان تلبي الا الاحتياجات المتزايدة للجمهور على اختلاف توجهاته ومناهله.
Description:	Our world today is witnessing a massive digital revolution that is reshaping various sectors, including the library sector. Libraries are no longer just places to store paper books, but have become vibrant cultural centers that provide diverse services that meet the needs of modern users. These developments offer tremendous opportunities for emerging library organizations. By leveraging modern technology, these companies can provide innovative solutions that enhance library efficiency and deliver productive user experiences. The study provides an in-depth analysis of the reality and scope of the work of these companies in Algeria. The study highlights various business models, the challenges they face, and the bright prospects that await them. Library startups are a driving force for innovation and change in the sector. By providing innovative services and rich user experiences, these companies contribute to building a better future for libraries, and enhance their role as a vital cultural and educational center in society.
