Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن مساهمة العدالة التنظيمية (العدالة التوزيعية، العدالة الإجرائية، العدالة التعاملية، العدالة المعلوماتية، والجنس والسن والأقدمية في منصب العمل ، والأقدمية في المؤسسة) في التنبؤ بالالتزام التنظيمي، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، تمت الدراسة على عينة عرضية قدر عددها ب 70 عامل بالمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر. |
Description: | Thi s study aimed to investigate the contribution of organizational justice (distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice, informational justice, gender and age, seniority in job, and seniority in the organization) in predicting organization al commitment. A descriptive correlational approach was used, with the study conducted on a sample of 77 employees from a telecommunications company in Algeria. Data were collected using the Arab Organizational Justice Scale (2019) consisting of 17 items, and the Allen and Meyer scale (1997) consisting of 24 items. The reliability values of the scales were found to be (α = 0.76, α = 0.87) respectively. The results confirmed the contribution of distributive justice, interactional justice, and organizational seniority in predicting organizational commitment. The study contributed to revealing the extent of the application of organizational justice dimensions in the institution and its ability to enhance organizational commitment among employees. |
