| Abstract: | هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة العلاقة بين استراتيجيات المواجهة والاحتراق النفسي لدى ممرضي الاستعجالات الطبية بمدينة تيارت، والكشف عن مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لديهم وكذلك ما ان كانت هناك علاقة بين كل بعد من ابعاد استراتيجيات المواجهة (حل المشكل، الانفعال، التجنب) والاحتراق النفسي كما تهدف الى قياس الفروق الفردية من حيث الجنس والأقدمية في العمل. |
| Description: | The study aimed to determine the relationship between strategies and psychological burnout among emergency medical nurses in the city of Tiaret, and to reveal their level of psychological burnout, as well as whether there is a relationship between each dimension of coping strategies, problem solving, avoidance emotion, and psychological burnout as well It aims to measure individual differences in term of gender and seniority at work The study was applied to a sample of 50 male and female nurses who were selected in a manner randomly, the descriptive, correlational apprroach was used as appropriate to the nature of the study the Coping strategies Scale (Ciss), standardized by ciss , was used professors at the University of Oran at the level of CRASC research center used the Maslach scale for psychological burnout classified in the semi- medical setting by the resercher Malal khadija (2010) in order to collect data, and statical processing was done using the statical program for the social sciences 21SPSS. The study resulted in the following results : there is no relationship between coping strategies and psychological burnout among emergency medical nurses in the city of Tiaret. Emergency medical nurses in Tiaret suffer from a high level of psychological burnout. the relationship between the problem – solving dimension and the avoidance dimension was not achieved , whille the relationship between the emotion dimension and psychological burnout was achived , and there are no differences . the level of psychological burnout according to the variable of gender and seniority at wotk. |
