| Résumé: | هدفت هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن العلاقة الموجودة بين جودة الحياة في العمل والإبداع الوظيفي وذلك من خلال التعرف على مدى مساهمة كل بعد من ابعاد جودة الحياة في العمل على الإبداع الوظيفي لدى موظفي المؤسسة الإستشفائية عبد القادر بونعامة تسيمسيلت بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي واستخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات بواسطة مقياس بورزق يوسف 2019 ذو 28 فقرة ومقياس الإبداع الوظيفي لقرني أحمد 2020 ذو 15 فقرة. |
| Description: | This study aimed to reveal the relationship between quality of life at work and job creativity by identifiying the extent to which each dimension of quality of life at work centributes to job creativity among hospital institution employees A simple 64 employees Was selected in a simple random way in the institution Général Hospital of Abdelkader Bounaama Tsemsilt. Relying on the desciptive approash and using the questionnaire as à tool for collecting data ussing the bourezq Youssef scale 2019 with 28 items and the functional creativity scale by Ahmed 2020 with 15 items.
