dc.description	This study aimed to reveal the relationship between quality of life at work and job creativity by identifiying the extent to which each dimension of quality of life at work centributes to job creativity among hospital institution employees A simple 64 employees Was selected in a simple random way in the institution Général Hospital of Abdelkader Bounaama Tsemsilt. Relying on the desciptive approash and using the questionnaire as à tool for collecting data ussing the bourezq Youssef scale 2019 with 28 items and the functional creativity scale by Ahmed 2020 with 15 items. After using multiple linear regression analysis, this study concluded that all socail relationship and the physical environment centribute to job creatvity in contrast to job caractéristiques and compensation Among the contributions made by the study is identifying the extent to wich the quality of life at work affects	en_US
