| Résumé: | هدفت الدراسة الى تنمية المهارات اللغوية لاطفال طيف التوحد و التحقق من مدى فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي the ABBLS-Rk حيث بلغت العينة اربع حالات من اطفال طيف التوحد (2 ذكور و 2 إناث) تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية اروحت اعمارهم بين 06-09 سنوات ، و الملتحقين بجمعية الامل التوحد و التريزوميا 21 تفاوتت درجة التوحد بينهم بين البسيط و المتوسط . و تحقيقا لاهداف الدراسة استخدم منهج دراسة حالة بالاعتماد على الملاحظة المباشرة و سلم تقدير التوحد الطفولي CQRS مع تطبيق برنامج تقييم مهارات اللغة و التعلم الاساسية ABLIS-Rلمدة ثلاثة اشهر تقييم اولي قبلي و تقييم بعدي لتبين فعاليته اضافة للانشطة التفاعلية اللغوية (القصص و الموسيقى) توصلت النتائج الى وجود فروق بين القياس القبلي والبعدي لصالح البعدي حيث اثبتت الدراسة وجود تحسن و تطور في مهارات اللغة الاستقبالية و كذا اللغة التعبيرية في مجالات ( التقليد الصوتي و التسمية) بعد استخدام البرنامج و الانشطة التفاعلية ( الموسيقة و القصصية ) مع نمو و اكتساب مهارات جديدة للحالات الاربع اختلفت حسب شدة الاظطلااب . |
| Description: | This study has an object of developing the autistic children's linguistic skills and check the efficacy of the ABBLS-R training program. The chosen sample of children's autism spectrum of 4 cases (2 males and 2 females).They were chosen intentionally and they were aged between 06 to 09 years, they joined the association of hope of children's autism and trisomy 21.Autism's degree among them varied between simple and medium. To realise study's objectives, the case study method was used instead of the quasi-experimental method for a the sample's lack reason, direct observation and childhood autism Scale CARS and applicating the assessment of basic language and learning skills program ABLLS-R for three months, through an Initial evaluation (pre and post evaluation) to reveal it's efficacy in addition to Interactive language activities ( stories and music). The results revealed differences between pre and post measuring In favor of post measuring where studies have shown that there is an improvement and development in the receptive language, as well as expressive language skills in the areas of phonemic and naming imitation, after using the program and the interactive activities (music and stories) a growth and an acquisition of new skills for the four cases, which differed according to the severity of the disturbance |
