| Résumé: | تتجسد مشكلة الدراسة في التعرف على أداء تغطية القناة التلفزيونية العمومية الثالثة TV3 للأحداث الأوكرانية، من خلال دراسة ميدانية على عينة من أساتذة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية المهتم بالشأن الروسي الأوكراني وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على ما تقدمه القنوات الفضائية العمومية من أخبار ومعارف تخص الأساتذة الجامعيين وإطلاعهم بمختلف التطورات التي تحدث خارج البلد،وهذا ما سعت دراستنا إلى معرفته وكشفه، وقد أجرينا هذه الدراسة وفق المنهج المسحي الذي وظفنا في إطاره أداة الاستبيان على عينة قصدية عددها 100 مفردة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات من المبحوثين. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن القنوات الفضائية العمومية وبالأخص القناة الثالثة TV3 لم تحظى بتغطية شاملة للقضية الروسية الأوكرانية. |
| Description: | The problem of the study is embodied in identifying the method of covering the third public television channel, TV3, for Ukrainian events, through a field study on a sample of professors from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences who are interested in the Russian-Ukrainian issue. With the various developments that occur outside the country, and this is what our study sought to know and reveal, and we conducted this study according to the survey method in which we employed the questionnaire tool on an intentional sample of 100 individuals to collect data and information from the respondents . The results of the study showed that the public satellite channels, especially the third channel, TV3, did not receive comprehensive coverage for the Russian-Ukrainian issue . |
