| Abstract: | ان موضوع حمايه الحظائر الوطنيه على المستوى الدولي والتشريع الداخلي من المواضيع الهامه التي استحوذت على الاهتمام الدولي والوطني نظرا لابعاد هذا الموضوع البيئية والتنموية والاجتماعية على الشعوب العالم عامة وعلى الجزائر خاصة ونتيجة للتزايد الماساوي في معدلات الانقراض للاحياء البرية مما انذر بوجود ازمة عالمية بيولوجية كل هذه المعطيات جعلت المجتمع الدولي يسارع لابرام عده اتفاقيات دوليه عالميه واقليميه مدعمه باجهزه مؤسساتية تظهر على تنفيذ تدابير الحماية والجزائر كسائر الدول العالم تعاني من تدهور التنوع البيولوجي وحاله الطبيعة الطبيعية والموروث الطبيعي في الحظائر الوطنيه مما الزم الدوله على وضع ترسانه قانونيه تسهر على تنفيذها اجهزه مؤسساتيه على المستوى المركزي والمحلي والتي لن يكتمل دورها الا بإشراك مختلف تنظيمات المجتمع المدني كالجمعيات البيئيه دون ان ننسى دور وسائل الاعلام في نشر الثقافه والوعي البيئي بضرورة حماية الحظائر الوطنية لصالح جيل الحاضر والاجيال القادمة |
| Description: | Protection of national barns at the international level and domestic legislation are important issues that have attracted international and national attention in view of the environmental, developmental and social dimension of this issue to the world's peoples in general and to Algeria in particular. As a result of the dramatic increase in extinction rates for wildlife, a global biological crisis is foreshadowed. Algeria, like all other countries of the world, is suffering from the deterioration of biodiversity, natural nature and natural inheritance in national barns. This means that States must establish a legal arsenal to ensure the implementation of its institutional bodies at the central and local levels, whose role will only be completed by involving various civil society organizations, such as environmental associations, without forgetting the role of the media in disseminating culture and environmental awareness of the need to protect national barns for present and future generations |
