| Description: | The purpose of the study of the profession of auditor is to know how to carry out its tasks vis-à-vis the joint-stock company and the way in which the relationship between the delegate and the company arises under the laws and decisions drawn up by the Algerian legislator to show the modalities of the profession by the organization of rights and duties as well as the tasks and responsibilities incumbent on the owner of the profession when he increases the discipline of its tasks vis-à-vis society. |
