| Abstract: | تعتبر جريمة الصرف احد اخطر الجرائم، وهذا بعتبار انه تمس الاقتصاد الوطني للدولة بشكل مباشر ولهذا عمدت كل الدول إلى تنظيم هذه الجريمة ضمن قوانينها الجنائية، وقد سعى الشرع الجزائري هو الآخر إلى الحد من هذه الجريمة وذلك من خلال تجريم الأفعال المادية المكونة لها ضمن نصوص خاصة، كما نصت على مجموعة من الآليات منها الموضوعي وذلك في صورة الجزاءات الموقعة على مرتكب الجريمة بالإضافة إلى آليات أخرى إجرائية |

Therefore, many countries have regulated it through their criminal laws. The Algerian legislator has also sought to combat this crime by criminalizing all physical acts constituting counterfeiting under specific provisions.
