| Abstract: | المحافظة العقارية هي آلية من الآليات الت ييعتمد عليها المشرع الجزائري في الحفظ العقاري, وكبناء اداري يقوم بأداء خدمة عمومية موضوعة تحت وصاية وزارة المالية ويشرف عليها محافظ عقاري تناط له مجموعة من المهام, ومن بين مهام المحافظة العقارية هي القيام بمسك السجل العقاري وتنفيذ الإجراءات المتعلقة بالإشهار العقاري عن طريق تحديد ومعرفة حقوق الملكية والحقوق العينية الأخرى الموجودة على العقارات كما أنها تعتبر خزان للمعلومات وكذلك باحتفاظها بالعقود والمعلومات الخاصة بالعقارات وبالأشخاص المالكين للعقارات وتتولى المحافظة العقارية اشهارالعقارات التابعة لإختصاصها الإقليمي. |
